Third Trimester Strength Training

Pregnant women belong in every space!

This 14-week strength training program is designed to make you your strongest self for labor and delivery while supporting complete postpartum recovery, with specific coaching cues, points of emphasis, and modifications tailored to each stage of your pregnancy.

You will learn to optimize your breath, perform a functional abdominal brace, and use your pelvic floor in both yielding and support phase. Once completed, you will arrive at your labor and delivery as your strongest, most confident self.

Hi, I’m Dr. Alexis Griffin

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist with over 10 years of experience working with high-performers both on the field and in boardrooms.

As a mother of three boys and a newborn baby girl, I’ve navigated each pregnancy and postpartum period with grace and dedication, gaining insights that I’m passionate about sharing with other women.

I believe that women are uniquely gifted and when we tap into our strength, we are unlimited.

PERSONALIZED 1:1 CARE

in-person or virtual

  • In-person (Austin, TX) and virtual. Appropriate for the identification and treatment of injury and pain; when there is a need for clinical expertise and intervention to address a movement related issue.

  • 6 week training block, with 4 days of programming, includes initial one hour intro video call to discuss movement history, goals, and equipment, once per week 30-minute video call to go over weekly program and any movement specifics, access to direct email communication for real time questions or concerns throughout the program.
